Essay Writing
Successful Solutions offers two packages to assist students with essay writing – College Admissions Essays or High School Essay Writing.
While the focus of each session differs, each package includes:

College Admissions Essays
Need help with writing successful college admissions essays? The initial sessions of this package will focus on analysis of prompts in relation to student interests and brainstorming ideas for a unique essay. Subsequent sessions focus on development of an outline and thesis in addition to reviewing drafts.
The College Essays package includes:

4-6 1-hour sessions with a tutor

1-2 hours of editing and comments on drafts

Ongoing communication via email/text/phone call in between sessions

High School Essay Writing
Need help with high school essays for specific classes? Struggling with a research paper? Sessions include prompt analysis and idea generation, outline and thesis development, first and second draft reviews and edits, as well as out of session support via email, texts, or calls to clarify steps in the writing process.
The High School Essay Writing package includes:

Online Tutoring
Online tutoring sessions may be scheduled for those who can not participate in 1-on-1 sessions in-person at the Successful Solutions office.

Designed for Grade 7-12 students who need guidance, but maintain a level of independence in their learning process.
Staff will meet with students in the conference rooms and cafe at CI Works so that students can be spread out, but work together when needed. Staff will facilitate discussions and homework help.
$55.00 per student per session
A minimum of 3 students is required to hold the session. Sessions will be limited to a maximum of 7 students.
