How do I start with Successful Solutions?
Meet with Director of Successful Solutions, Kathy Ells, for a free 30-minute consultation. At this time, we will determine your needs together or the needs of your student. If the fit is right for both the student and tutor, we will put a plan in place and schedule a consistent meeting time(s).

What is the cost per session?
Tutoring sessions are $90.00 per hour and $50.00 for a 30-minute session. Payment is due at the first of each month for any sessions scheduled for that month.
Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, Venmo, and major credit cards. Checks can be made payable to Successful Solutions.

What's the minimum time to work with a tutor?
For the majority of students, we recommend 60 minutes per session. Some older students may benefit from longer, "double" sessions (2 hours). For younger students with shorter attention spans, a 30-minute session is usually recommended.

What can I get help with?
We offer a wide variety of academic tutoring services!
The needs of each individual student will be determined during the initial 30-minute consultation. It is helpful if you bring samples of work, diagnostic test results, and any other information you deem pertinent in identifying the direction of the tutoring sessions.
COVID-19 Protocol
For the health and safety of students and staff, the following measures have been put into place:

An appointment is required (no walk-ins)

Masks are required throughout the duration of the session

Staff will disinfect all surfaces between sessions

Students are provided a personal notebook/pencil which is kept in a private folder for their use only

A plexiglass shield is placed between staff and student for added protection
In addition, we are offering online tutoring for those students and families who wish to participate virtually.
